From a good idea to a clear proposal

Less starting from scratch.
More making your case.

We’re building one place to turn what makes you a good fit into a professional pitch.

  1. 01 / YOUR FOUNDATION

    Bring your best work.

Add your channel stats, relevant content, and past results. Give each claim something real to stand on.

  2. 02 / THEIR OPPORTUNITY

    Pick the brand.

Add the client’s website and your angle. Shape a proposal around why your idea belongs with their business.

  3. 03 / YOUR INTRODUCTION

    Make it ready to send.

Review an editable deck with a concept, evidence, and a clear next step. Export a PDF or private link, with an email draft to introduce it.

Inside the planned product

The whole pitch.
Thoughtfully put together.

A pretty deck is a start. The idea, the evidence, and what the client gets are what give it substance.

A brand-specific story
A clear opportunity, a concrete content idea, and the value for that client.
Proof with context
Your audience, relevant videos, and real results, with a source and date for every stat.
Visuals that explain
Audience charts, a sponsor-segment diagram, and clearly labelled concept frames.
A professional handoff
A deck you can edit and share, plus an email draft you send yourself.

A few things to know.

Can I use Pitchmade today?

Not yet. We’re building the product and using this waitlist to understand what creators need. Joining saves your place for updates; it does not create an account or unlock the product.

Who is it for?

We’re starting with YouTube creators who pitch brands themselves. TikTok, Instagram, and UGC creators are welcome to register interest and tell us what they need, but those workflows are not promised for the first release.

Will it send pitches or promise brand deals?

No. You stay in control of the pitch and send it yourself. Pitchmade is intended to help you present your case clearly; it cannot guarantee replies or deals.

What happens after I join?

Your email is added to the waitlist. We plan to send an early-access update and may ask for feedback on what we’re building. There’s no launch date or product price announced yet, and no payment is collected here.

How can I leave the waitlist?

After a new signup, we show a private management link. Save it to remove your email and optional feedback. Any future emails will also include a way to opt out.

Your email has one job.

We collect your email to contact you about Pitchmade early access and occasional product feedback. If you choose to share your platform or pitching challenge, we keep that alongside your signup to understand what to build.

We also record the signup time, your consent, and basic campaign tags from the page link. We do not use advertising trackers or sell the waitlist.

Signups are stored on the server, not just in your browser. The signup form cannot read other people’s details. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit spam; they are not used for advertising.

Your private management link lets you delete your signup and feedback. Keep it private. If you clear your browser, use the copy you saved. Future emails will include an opt-out.

We keep your signup until you remove it or the waitlist closes. Joining is not a purchase, and it does not grant access to the unfinished product.
